Q. I have a card that says, "this does not count as a move". Can I use this card with a character that has already moved?
A. Yes. When a card says that "this does not count as a move", it does not count towards the movement of that character. This means that you can move Buffy to a location and then use a card like Hit the Streets (PP #45) to "move" Buffy again.

Q. I have a card that says, "this does not count as a move". What if I use this card and a character goes from Sunnydale Park to an opponent's location, does it fatigue?
A. No. When a card says, "this does not count as a move", you do not suffer or gain any effects that happen when a character moves. This includes moving from Sunnydale Park to an opponent's location, moving Villains to Sunnydale High School Auditorium (PP #161) and other such effects.
